Known for operations & priority management and workforce & personal wellness, Becky brings 35 years of executive and social work management experience, helping clients be more strategic and productive and to build cohesive teams that take ownership and initiative—so that they get results and exceed organizational outcomes.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA), Becky enjoys going home to visit her Mama and of course, grabbing a po-boy. She lives in Ellicott City, Maryland, and can be found on the Chesapeake Bay during sailing season. Becky is one of Preferra’s Risk Management Instructors.
