On Demand Recording
Target Audience: Social Workers | Content Level: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced
On Thursday, March 27, 2025, we hosted a 90-minute interactive webinar about documentation and recordkeeping for social workers. We had an overwhelming response of more than 3,000 mental health professionals. You can now view the recording of this webinar on demand at your leisure.
Good, solid, complete, and up-to-date documentation is one of the most crucial risk management tools for social work professionals.
Social workers must document all interactions with their clients. They should also record exchanges with colleagues, supervisors, or any other third parties that could impact their performance in accordance with the profession’s code of ethics.
In addition to the proper documentation, social workers must understand how to maintain records, including storage options, client accessibility, and compliance with their state’s statute of limitation, if applicable.
This 90-minute recording does not provide continuing education credits. You can register to view this workshop on demand. To register, click the button below.
